I chose to pursue a career in nursing because I want to work in the medical field and help people.
Hondros College of Nursing was the best fit for me to advance my nursing education. I liked their campus location, the flexible start dates they offer, and that the admissions requirements fit what I was looking for in a program. I wanted to start right away with actual nursing classes rather than multiple prerequisites. To be successful in this program it takes hard work and time management, which includes keeping up with my studies, homework, and reading assignments all while continuing to work as an administrative assistant for a realtor.
To those considering a career in nursing or healthcare in general, stop waiting for the perfect time to start on your journey. There will always be reasons to delay your start date, but in the end you are only delaying your dream, so go for it!
