I’ve always had a passion for caring for others, specifically my mom. Growing up and seeing her battle so many health problems, it made me want to know more about the healthcare field. I started as a dental assistant, then I figured out that it wasn't for me. From there, I began the path of being a caregiver and helping others. Nursing is one of the greatest things I could pursue. I want to be that bright light in the nursing field.
I decided on Hondros College of Nursing because of the positive feedback I had heard from their alumni. I had to focus on my time management and prioritize my goals in order to find success.
To those considering nursing or a career in healthcare in general, you can do it! You will need to buckle down to get your assignments done, but it is doable! And I say this as a mother of three. You’ve come this far, keep striving forward!
